Your privacy is our priority. This privacy statement gives clarity on the personal data collected by Ahava Love Impact Church Ministries (ALICM) and All Aboard 2024, a department of the church; how ALICM processes the information collected and for what purposes it does so. ALICM is a church and 501(c)(3) and is neither in the business of buying, selling or trading personal information, data or technologies. The sole purpose of gathering any user information is for church related contact, communication, interaction, information on our upcoming programs and activities and any ALICM church related gatherings or collaborations with other churches. References to our departments, websites, app(s), servers and software is included in this statement. It is important that users carefully read the details in this privacy statement, which gives useful pertinent information. This privacy statement is applicable to the ALICM interactions with you going forward. 

This privacy policy is friendly and age appropriate for even youth under eighteen (18) years. However, parental consent is required by law for children under the age of 13 years. Verifiable consent from a child’s parent or guardian is required before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from a child under age 13.

Personal data we collect

 ALICM collects data from you solely through the information you provide. Those information you submit ensure you the best communication experiences with us. You provide this data directly when you email ALICM, contact ALICM from our website, register for an event ALICM hosts or an event from one of our church departments: All Aboard! Churches Evangelical Community Outreach, Youth Connect, Brothers Build or Sisters Thrive Symposium. We receive some data based on your interaction, feedback, review(s) from the use of our communication methods and applications. We do not collect your personal data from third parties, but we do use third party sites to process the information you submit to us. Our best practices is to protect the data you give via third-party processors by consent. These third-party processors may vary as time goes by and include:
 
  • Services that provide to ALICM web hosting
  • Social networks, when you make a post or contact our social pages via that third-party service or network.
  • Communication services, when you email ALICM via our mutual email service providers or you email via your service provider(s); you give us permission to receive your data from such third party services or their networks.
  • Interaction with the application require providing some personal data to operate such as when using the registration form section. Therefore, some personal data is required for some aspect to operate and provide you with best interactive experiences. In addition, where we need to collect personal data by law or enter into contract if you do not provide the data, we may cancel or suspend user activities. If this is the case you will be notified. Providing this data is always optional and you may choose not to share.

The data we collect are totally dependent on your interactions with ALICM and your choices (not excluding your privacy settings), features you use, possibly your location, and any applicable law(s).

Demographic data. Data about you such as your age range, country, region and preferred language. 
Interactions. In cases, such as error messages, this is data we generate. Other examples of interactions data include: 
User feedback and ratings. Information you provide to us and the messages you send to us, such as your feedback, any survey data, and application reviews you write.
